Procedure for Hotel Reservations

A block room reservation was provided at the Hotel Dubrovnik Zagreb****, the official hotel for the conference and conference site, for the convenience of the participants and were assigned on first-come first-served basis.

*Standard Double Room (for 1 person)  – 130,00 € per room per night ,BB

*Standard Double Room (for 2 persons)  – 145,00 € per room per night ,BB

The deadline to make a reservation with this special price is until February 6th, 2026. After that date the availability of rooms at the special price cannot be guaranteed.

Payment is made directly in hotel upon departure, guaranteed by credit card when making the reservation.
